ORLANDO, FL– The mother and daughter team of Jodi Emrick
and Erica Pulcini, recently named International Luxury Homes Specialists
at Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, will work the Lake Nona and Medical
City region.
Emrick and Pulcini both live in the Lake Nona-Medical City
area and, according to Roger Soderstrom, owner and founder of Stirling
Sotheby’s International Realty, are very connected and well known in the area
that includes St. Cloud.
Emrick, with nearly 30 years of experience, formerly was
broker of record for Lake Nona Realty where she and her sales team produced
record-level sales of new homes and resale properties within Orlando’s
prestigious Lake Nona Golf & Country Club community.
Emrick has been a licensed broker since 2004 and most
recently she was managing broker for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s
Sarasota office. She has sold multiple
millions of dollars in luxury properties throughout her career.
Pulcini has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing
in the pharmaceutical and construction industries. She also held a successful career as director of membership and
events at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club.

She has worked hand in hand with all club members and is
focused on customer service, which “fits well into the Stirling Sotheby’s
International Realty culture,” Soderstrom said.
Pulcini is skilled in the fitness and wellness lifestyle
that is sweeping the country and is extremely prevalent in the Lake Nona
Medical City region. Soderstrom said.
As an added plus, she is an accomplished chef – Pulcini attended Le
Cordon Bleu and has a diploma in Culinary Arts.
Soderstrom said the mother and daughter team will also play
an important role in Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty’s planned Global
Real Estate Marketing Center coming to the Lake Nona area.
“Both Jodi and Erica are well-tuned to the needs of
discerning buyers and sellers in the Lake Nona / Medical City areas which are
poised for significant growth,” Soderstrom said.
