Smith Partners, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate
capital markets advisors, has announced the continuation of its growth strategy
with the addition of Antonio Hachem as Principal.
Joining the firm’s seven other Principals, Hachem brings more than
a decade of specialized capital markets expertise and a wealth of deep client
relationships to George Smith Partners.

in 2005 and Principals Jonathan Lee,Shahin
Yazdi, Malcolm Davies, Bryan Shaffer, and now Antonio
Hachem.

Hachem was previously a partner with Pacific Southwest Realty
Services (PSRS), where he arranged more than $450 million in financing through
his life insurance company relationships. As a specialist in complex
transactions, his expertise is well-aligned with the George Smith Partners
team, which has secured more than $44 billion in financing on behalf of its
clients to date.
Prior to PSRS, Hachem was a broker associate with Coldwell
Banker’s commercial and investment division in West LA, where he honed his creative
approach to investment properties. By working as an investment sales broker, a
syndicator, and a developer, Hachem has the multi-faceted experience to be a
successful leader at GSP
