The independently owned Ono Poke Shop is opening its
widely-anticipated second location at Aventura ParkSquare. Ono Poke is based on
the Hawaiian delicacy with a Japanese twist and was named Eater Miami’s “Best
Fast Casual Restaurant of 2017.”
Nuriel
Mawardi and Amir Anvari opened the first Wynwood location in
late 2016 and are ready to expand.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be opening up in Aventura, I have
lived here for many years and know how amazing and close our community is and
how important quality businesses are to the locals,” said Mawardi, co-owner of
Ono Poke Shop.
“At
times it felt like Aventura was lacking in the food area, but with the new
expansion in the mall and all the great tenants coming to Aventura ParkSquare,
we can finally get excited!”
