The mixed-use construction boom that has changed the face of urban centers
nationwide has made its way to the rural Town of Lloyd in the Hudson Valley.

Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties, fully

directly across the river from Poughkeepsie. It brings tremendous potential for

The property is
located between Route 9W and the Hudson River in the Town of Lloyd, Ulster
County.

To meet the

development will also include 800 residential units.
This
much-needed quality housing is ideal for students attending local colleges
including Marist and Vassar, as well as those seeking retirement or vacation

Demand for
housing is expected to increase with the expansion of Vassar Brothers Medical
Center and the creation of the new Marist Health Quest School of Medicine, both
