WEST ORLANDO, FL -- M/I
Homes is set for an early April completion of its amenity center at Encore
at Ovation the homebuilder’s single-family home community located in
the final village of award-winning Horizon West near the intersection of Avalon
Road and Western Way/Fleming Road .
At the same time, two furnished and decorated
model homes will also be completed and ready for touring ‒ the Newport and the
Sebring, two of M/I’s most flexible plans, said David Byrnes, Area
President of M/I Homes.
The 3,610-square-foot Newport in
the Cottage Collection of plans designed for 50-foot lots, offers five
bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a three-car garage. The
two-story Newport , priced starting from $439,000, features an oversized
kitchen with expansive island and a first floor guest bedroom and bathroom.
The Sebring, which is
among M/I’s newly designed plans for 32-foot homesites – Bungalow
Collection – offers 2,341 square
feet, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a two-car alley load garage
priced from $336,000.
Special features of the Sebring are a second floor
owner’s suite, loft and upstairs laundry room.
The new amenity center features a clubhouse with
fitness center and an 1,800-square-foot gathering area with kitchen overlooking

Phase I of the community with 139 home sites offers a mix of
50-foot lots for homes ranging from 1,900 to 3,700 square feet and 32-foot lots
for homes ranging from 1,800 to 2,800 square feet of living
space.
Byrnes said six distinct floor plans are offered for the
50-foot lots and four new plans comprise its new product line of homes
specially designed for Encore at Ovation’s 32-foot lots.
Top
features of the new designs include rear load garages, open-flow floor plans
spa-inspired owner’s suites and spacious covered lanais.
All of M/I’s new homes are Energy Star® certified
and come with a 15-year structural warranty.

$303,000 to more than $450,000 at Encore
