OXNARD, CA – DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has directed the acquisition of an approximately 14,190 square-foot industrial building in Oxnard, California on behalf of Fresh Patch, a manufacturer and distributor of one-of-a-kind pet products, including dirt-free real grass patches.
