DALLAS, TX – The Woodmont Company, a national real estate firm specializing in the development, management, leasing, and sale of retail properties, announced that it has represented Hobby Lobby in a sublease to Dick’s Sporting Goods for a 50,000-square-foot building located at 5550 Preston Road in Frisco, Texas.
