SALT LAKE CITY, UT, Jul. 31, 2023 – JLL Capital Markets has appointed Senior Managing Director Chris Gandy to lead its Salt Lake City Capital Markets team.
Gandy will oversee the investment sales and debt and
equity advisory platforms throughout the region and will directly report to Jody
Thornton, President of JLL Capital Markets for the Americas.

Gandy brings a total of 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before his recent move to Salt Lake City, Gandy spent the last 13 years at JLL/HFF in the San Francisco office, where he was primarily responsible for originating debt and equity transactions across all property types throughout the western United States.
He has completed more than $12 billion in transactions throughout his career. Additionally, Gandy is a Board Member of Housing Industry Fund and the Silicon Valley chapter of NAIOP, as well as an active member of Mortgage Bankers Association.
Gandy will work alongside Senior Director Phil
Brierley and Director Cole Macadaeg, who currently focus on
investment sales in the region.

Robert Anderson |
Over
the last decade, Anderson has devoted his career to the infrastructure sector,
leading and advising on financing, strategy, execution and operations of large
projects in both the U.S. and the U.K.
His
focus at JLL is on assisting new and existing clients in achieving their EV
goals; encompassing advisory services for the deployment of EV infrastructure;
fleet transitions and the implementation of broader clean energy technologies
alongside EV infrastructure. He is based in Denver, Colorado.
Previously,
Anderson served as a director in KPMG's Infrastructure and Major Projects
Advisory team.

Based
in Washington, D.C., he will be working with JLL’s top government clients to
provide program management solutions tailored to the sustainability goals and
mandates of clients. Prior to joining JLL, he led the Federal Electric Vehicle
Infrastructure Initiative for Black & Veatch.
Both Anderson and Bates report directly
to Managing Director Josephine Tucker, Head of Clean Energy and
Infrastructure Advisory, JLL.

providing roof repair services following hailstorms and other natural disasters.
Previously, Crago was the owner
operator of Jacksonville-based Crago Roofing from 1970 – 1984.
Crago resides in East Palatka, Florida.
