The office will specialize in investment and
retail, with plans to strategically recruit teams that will grow their
capabilities in office and industrial.
The Lee &
Associates Lincoln team will be led by Co-Managing Principals Daniel Dutton and Daniel Goaley.
The founding team consists of Boomer Peterson as
Principal and Ammar Abu-Hamda as
an Associate.
They specialize in
retail and investment sales, representing landlords, sellers, tenants, and
buyers throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, North & South
Dakota, and Texas.

the proximity of Lincoln and Omaha and their importance to the state of
Nebraska, we feel strongly that for continued growth, everyone in those
communities work together towards that common goal,” said Dutton. “Being born
and raised in Lincoln, it is exciting to be able to bring what we do home.”
