JLL Capital Markets promotes Elizabeth DeVesty to production

MORRISTOWN, NJ –  JLL Capital Markets announced Elizabeth DeVesty has been promoted to Director with New Jersey’s multi-housing investment sales team.

DeVesty will work alongside Senior Manging Directors Jose Cruz, Michael Oliver and Steve Simonelli and will primarily focus on multi-housing investment sales transactions within the suburban tristate area.

 

“Liz’s ability to communicate with clients and to not only understand their investment goals but also provide effective options is a very valuable trait in today’s market,” said Cruz. 

 

Prior to accepting this new role, DeVesty spent over 13 years with JLL and was most recently an associate at the firm.

Throughout her time at JLL, DeVesty has supported $18.9B in multi-housing transactions. She earned her degree from Marist College in 2008.

Charleston, SC Cancer Center trades for $10 million

BOSTON, MA,  Aug. 4, 2023 –  JLL Capital Markets arranged the $10.1 million sale of the Charleston Cancer Center totaling 26,256 square feet in Charleston, South Carolina at a 5.28% cap rate.

JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Global Medical REIT (NYSE: GMRE), and procured the buyer, Skytree Ventures, LLC.

The two-story, newly renovated medical office building is located at 2910 Tricom St. 

The property includes specialty treatment equipment including an infusion area, computed tomography (“CT”) imaging, a lab and an area on the second floor for clinical studies personnel.

The property is strategically located adjacent to the 321-bed Trident Medical Center in a strong healthcare corridor with additional presences from Roper Saint Francis Health (“Roper” or “RSFH”) and the Medical University of South Carolina.

The center was originally built in 2002 and has received renovations by both current ownership and tenant, RSFH, following Roper's acquisition of Charleston Oncology.

$52 million construction loan arranged by JLL Capital Markets for multi-housing development in Mesa, AZ

LOS ANGELES, CA –  JLL Capital Markets has arranged $52 million in construction financing for Dobson Station, a 245-unit multi-housing development set to deliver in 2024 in Mesa, Arizona.

JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, StarPoint Properties, to secure the construction financing for the project through a debt fund.

Upon completion, Dobson Station will be a four-story, Class A multi-housing asset comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom units.

Dobson Station is located at 139 North Dobson Rd., directly adjacent to a Safeway grocery store and within immediate proximity to Tempe Marketplace.
