Rachel Jones joins JLL Capital Markets as a Director in Seattle

 SEATTLE, WA, Jun 5, 2024 – JLL Capital Markets is pleased to announce the addition of Rachel Jones as a Director in its Seattle office. Rachel will be a member of the industrial investment sales and advisory team working alongside Managing Director Buzz Ellis, and focused on industrial assignments in the Pacific Northwest.

 

Rachel joins JLL from Newmark, where she worked on their commercial investment sales team.

 

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Government from Hamilton College, where she received honors for her leadership and athletic achievements. Rachel also holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law.

JLL hires industry leader Kristen Vosmaer for Data Center Work Dynamics team

In this role, Vosmaer is responsible for data center growth initiatives, building strong relationships and guiding high-performing teams dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.
