CrossMarc Services Leases Up University Square with Two of Soulful Hospitality Group’s Popular Brands

, FL – CrossMarc Services, one of the Southeast’s fastest growing commercial real estate firms, has leased the last space at University Square to Southern Hospitality Group boosting occupancy to 100 percent.

 The restaurant owner’s two popular food brands – Cow and Cheese and That Wing Spot  – opened in mid-September at the center located at the signalized intersection of University Blvd. and Goldenrod Rd.


CrossMarc Services Associate Katie N. Nguyen, exclusive leasing and management representative for University Square, arranged the long term retail lease at the center where Southern Hospitality’s two  restaurant concepts share 2,800 square feet of space and a seating capacity of nearly 50.

 The 16,840± square foot retail center, which is shadow-anchored by Target, has traffic counts totaling more than 60,000 vehicles per day. Other tenants of University Square include Subway, Marco’s Pizza, SuperCuts and Sally Beauty Supply.
