The “Pumped Refrigerant™” technology provided by Liebert Corporation reduces first costs and improves energy efficiency over traditional computer room air conditioning technology.

MSI performed the work under its contract with MAPP Construction and the construction team successfully maintained full operation of the FedEx facility during the expansion. “State-of-the-art mechanical systems are a critical component of today’s high-tech office environments,” said William M. -story, 94,690-square-foot Woodlands Corporate Center office building in Tampa, FL.
MSI’s scope of work included supply and installation of rooftop units with variable air volume boxes, exhaust fans and required ductwork.
