Ekovich, First Vice President/Regional Manager of the firm’s Tampa office.The asset commanded a sales price of $5,825,000. David DeGroot and Michael Jaworski, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, along with Adam Mancinone and Victor Nolletti, Steve Witten and Blake Barbarisi of Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office, represented the respective parties in this transaction.
