TAMPA, FL -- Crescent Resources has negotiated a new long-term lease agreement for 65,000 square feet of Class A office space in Corporate Center Four (top right photo) at International Plaza.

The 247,000 square foot Crescent development at 4301 W. Boy Scout Blvd. is the first LEED® Certified high-rise in Tampa’s Westshore business district.
