Arbor Closes $2.7M Fannie Mae DUS® Small Loan for Acadia Place Apartments in San Antonio, TX
UNIONDALE, NY (Oct. 23, 2009) - Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC (“Arbor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, announced the recent funding of a $2,712,400 loan under the Fannie Mae DUS® Small Loan product line to refinance the 140-unit complex known as Acadia Place Apartments in San Antonio, TX.
The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 6.11 percent.
The loan was originated by Jay Porterfield, (top right photo) Vice President, in Arbor’s full-service Plano, TX lending office. “Arbor provided acquisition financing for this property in San Antonio,” said Porterfield. “The borrower owns other properties in the area and Acadia Place was a strategic fit within their portfolio.”
