Midlothian, VA, July 27, 2011 –Stan Johnson Company, has completed the sale of a 43,505-square-foot retail building 100 percent occupied by hhgregg to a New Jersey based private investor. The list price was $5 million. The building is located at 1321 Huguenot Road in Midlothian, Virginia.
