PALM DESERT, CA --(PR.com)-- The real estate market is on the verge of an upswing in the Coachella Valley, and the new home market is a vital part of that uptick. According to The Desert Sun, during the first several months of 2011, roughly 4560 homes sold in the Coachella Valley, but only 160 were in new home developments.
