Emerson International Negotiates Lease Agreement at Major Plaza in Southwest Orlando

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL. --- Emerson International, which owns Major Plaza I office building on Kirkman Road near Southwest Orlando’s International Drive area, recently negotiated a lease agreement for 549 square feet of office space at Major Plaza I.

 Kenneth R. Koch, commercial portfolio director at Emerson International negotiated the lease agreement.
