CHICAGO, IL (Sept. 5, 2012) – Chicago-based Tandem Construction announces it has started work on the second stage of a $4.2 million renovation of the Union League Boys & Girls Club at 2157 West 19th Street in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood.
This phase of the project entails a full remodel of the original 19th century “Club One” building, and follows Tandem’s completion in July of a four-story, 17,000-square-foot annex adjacent to the existing facility.
