PALATKA, FL – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment
Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has
announced the sale of Best Western Inn
of Palatka, a 55-room, limited service hotel located in Palatka, Florida,
according to Richard D. Matricaria, Regional Manager of the firm’s Tampa
office.
Jonathan S. Ruprai,
senior associate and Dennis Hopper,
associate, both in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, represented the
seller, a limited liability company.
Ruprai and Hopper also secured the buyer, a local private investor
