ORLANDO, FL -- NAI Realvest recently completed the sale
of the 2,640 square foot office building located at 80 Spring Vista Drive in
DeBary.
Paul P. Partyka,
principal and managing partner at NAI Realvest negotiated the sale representing
the seller Pinnacle Bank of Orange City.
Fred Ferrell,
president of Ferrell Investments purchased the property for $218,000 in order
to move his company Traffic Engineering and Data Solutions into larger offices
due to business growth, according to Partyka.
Partyka said the
office building was built in 2001.
