FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Berger Commercial Realty, a full
service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale and serving
clients around the state, announced a deal from brokers Keith Graves and
Lloyd Berger, president of Berger Commercial Reality.

Graves and Berger represented HD Supply Holdings in the sale
of a 31,212 square-foot property located on 2.67 acres at 2001 S. Andrews
Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, to Dino Properties, LLC for $2.2 million.
Dino Properties will invest an additional $2.4 million for
renovations to accommodate a medical administration company, which is
relocating to Fort Lauderdale and will employ a staff of 85.
