ORLANDO, FL -- CBRE is pleased to announce that it has
completed the sale of Integra Shores, an upscale 288-unit multi-housing
apartment community in Central Florida.
Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham, and Justin Basquill of CBRE’s
Orlando office exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.
Completed in 2008, Integra Shores is just one mile from the
$270-million Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Daytona Beach.

transaction locally in 2012 year to date for CBRE.
