RIVIERA BEACH, FL – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate
Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm,
has announced the sale of Winn-Dixie, a 45,973-square foot grocery store
located in Riviera Beach, FL. The asset commanded a sales price of $7,378,500.

investment associate Howard Bregman in Marcus & Millichap’s Ft.
Lauderdale office, exclusively represented the seller, a limited liability
company from Miami Beach, FL.

The buyer, a limited
liability company from Miami, was secured and represented by Gabriel Britti,
Senior Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office.
Winn-Dixie occupies the entire property under a 20-year
lease which expires July 13, 2024, and has six additional five-year options to
extend. Winn-Dixie is located at 3700
Broadway in Riviera Beach.
