FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - Berger Commercial Realty, a full
service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale and serving
clients around the state, announced a new deal from brokers Lloyd Berger
and Joe Byrnes.
Berger and Byrnes
represented Robert Malt in the sale of a 9.8-acre site, located at 3501 S.W.
46th St. in Davie, to 3501 Burris Road, LLC for $3,412,500. The site will
be held for future development.
3501 Burris Road,
LLC, represented in the deal by Pat Montalbano of Montalbano Commercial
Realty, owns a neighboring property that is currently being used as a travel
trailer park.
