for $825,000 ($35.87 per SF) last month.
The sale consisted of a 23,000 SF showroom/warehouse and an additional
9,000 SF open overhang.
The property, 12475
W. Colonial Drive, is located on Highway 50, near the intersection of the
Florida Turnpike and State Road 429 in Winter Garden. Dann represented both Cody Company, Inc. (Seller) and US Tire
Imports, Inc. (Buyer).
