Stan Johnson Co. Completes $5.87 Million Sale of FedEx Property in Alpharetta, GA

ATLANTA, GA  – Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation’s premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the $5.87 million sale of an 88,215-square-foot industrial property 100 percent leased to FedEx Corporation and located on 19.97 acres at 1525 Morrison Pkwy in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The property featured five years remaining on a recently extended NN lease term with one three-year renewal option. Originally constructed as a build-to-suit, the property has been occupied by FedEx since 1998.

                The property is strategically located in a dense area of Alpharetta, 25 miles north of downtown Atlanta in a solid performing industrial submarket with strong demographics.
