Las Vegas, NV–Voit Real Estate Services’ Las Vegas office is
continuing to expand in the greater Las Vegas market with the addition of Michael
Koontz, a new real estate manager, according to Rob Cord, Managing
Director of Voit’s Real Estate Management Services.
In his new position with Voit, Michael will be working with
the existing management and leasing team for clients in the Las Vegas market.

These responsibilities include leasing negotiations,
document preparation, budgeting and financial analysis for all product types
including office, industrial and retail.
He will also be responsible for
identifying new opportunities for the company in the Nevada market.
