Cushman & Wakefield's Jeff Sweeney, SIOR, a
Senior Director in the firm's Office Brokerage Services, facilitated
GrayRobinson's long-term lease renewal in Capital Plaza Two.
GrayRobinson also took on more than 10,000 square feet of space in the renewal,
increasing their footprint from 79,451 to 89,536 square feet.
