Berger Commercial Realty Brokers Close Two Sales in South Florida For More Than $500,000

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- Berger Commercial Realty, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale and serving clients around the state, announced its brokers recently closed two sales for more than $500,000.

 Judy Dolan and Jonathan Thiel represented BB&T in the $450,000 sale of a 7,332-square-foot flex condo at the Millennium Corporate Park in Coral Springs to SJB Logistics.

Dolan also represented Burger Pocket Press Co. in the $100,000 purchase of four continuous lots totaling 25,000 square feet in Fort Lauderdale. 

Lauderdale Land & Finance Co., represented by Boca Raton-based Coldwell Banker Commercial, sold the land, which was formerly used as a car dealership.
