and Jennifer Patterson of Taylor & Mathis brokered the transaction
on behalf of owner MetLife.

Located in Broward County, the 100,000 square-foot, Class A
office building is located just off I-75 at Miramar Parkway West and Dykes
Road. MetLife also owns the adjacent
