ATLANTA, GA (Oct. 1, 2013) – Diane L. Lidz, who has
nearly 30 years of experience in representing clients in various types of
commercial real estate transactions, has joined the Hartman Simons & Wood
law firm as apartner.
Lidz, who previously was a partner in Troutman Sanders’
Atlanta office, has focused in recent years on retail development
projects,industrial leasing and loan workouts, and she will continue to do so
at Hartman Simons.
Over the years, her
practice has included the purchase, sale and development of land and
income-producing properties; leasing; lending; construction contracting; and
loan workouts.
