TAMPA, FL -- Plaza Advisors, a
real estate investment sales firm specializing in the marketing and sale of
shopping centers in the Southeast, has announced that Steve Sanders has
joined the firm.
Mr. Sanders previously worked
for Inland Real Estate for 20 years where he was Senior Vice-President of
Acquisitions and President of Inland Southeast Property Management Company and
directly acquired over $3.5 Billion of shopping centers and single-tenant
properties on behalf of Inland-sponsored real estate investment trusts.
Sanders was also a Managing
Director of Woolbright Development in Boca Raton, Florida where he was
responsible for acquiring shopping centers on Florida’s west coast.
