DALLAS, TX (March 17, 2014) – Capview Partners announced
today that Greg Genovese, a 26-year veteran of the real estate
securities industry, has joined the company as director of equity capital
markets.
He will lead and
manage all aspects of the company’s investment funds distribution and sales
platforms, as well as co-lead the firm’s investment funds and real estate
securities development, advisory and marketing platforms.

securities operations and distributions for more than 26 years, and is well
