PHILADELPHIA, PA – HFF announced it has expanded its
Philadelphia office with the addition of Richard Schontz, who has joined
the firm as a managing director.
Schontz will focus on self storage investment sales transactions
nationwide and will be a member of HFF’s national self storage group.
Schontz joins HFF from Marcus & Millichap, where he was a senior
associate and director within their National Self Storage Group.
While in this role,
he closed more than two million square feet of self storage transactions in
nine states, and was ranked in the firm’s top three agents for both the self
storage group and the Philadelphia office.
Schontz is a member of the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association and the
National Self-Storage Association.
