Hold-Thyssen Lands Three New Tenants at TD Bank Building in Winter Garden, FL

Winter Park, FL and Winter Garden, FL --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a commercial real estate services firm based in Winter Park, recently negotiated three new leases in the TD Bank Building at 12200 W. Colonial Drive in Winter Garden.

 R. Anthony Fisher, vice president of Hold-Thyssen, Inc. said Leasing Agent Therese Taylor negotiated all three transactions representing the landlord, 12200 W. Colonial Drive LLC based in Portland, Ore.

 Tenant Scholastic Insurance of Florida LLC leased 2,050 square feet.  

 Two of the new lease agreements include executive suite tenants – Lotus Financial Services Group and Statewide Permit Service, Inc. who assists builders and contractors obtain permits.

Earlier this year Taylor completed ten other lease agreements in the TD Bank Building at 12200 W. Colonial which is currently 85 percent leased, up from 70 percent under Hold-Thyssen’s watch.
