TAMPA, FL --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a commercial property firm

agreement for 1,200 square feet of professional office at 6911 Pistol Range Rd.
at Westbay Professional Park.

Transaction Specialist Theresa Margaris negotiated the transaction
representing the landlord J&C Property Holdings, LLC.
Margaris said the
new tenant, Therapy Station, a well-established children’s physical,
occupational and speech therapy provider, found that their relocation to
Westbay Professional Park provides better access to public transportation for
patients and increased exposure to enhance future growth.
