FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Berger Commercial Realty brokers Judy
Dolan and Jonathan Thiel arranged the sale of an REO warehouse for
$500,000 on behalf of Branch Banking & Trust Company.
The buyer, T.C.D., LLC, plans to occupy the
14,321-square-foot property, located at 936-940 N.W. First Street in Fort
Lauderdale.
Experienced in handling REO sales throughout the state,
Dolan has represented banks in selling land, office, industrial and retail
properties in cities such as Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Bradenton,
Clearwater Beach, Dunedin and St. Petersburg.

Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker and vice
president of Berger Commercial Realty, she handled real estate transactions as
a licensed Florida attorney.
Thiel, a sales associate at Berger Commercial, also
specializes in REO sales, as well as the leasing and sales of office, retail
