CHICAGO, IL – Glenview, Ill.-based homebuilder Edward R.
James Homes announced that Westgate at The Glen, a 171-unit community in
Glenview, Ill., is 50-percent sold just over seven months after opening sales.
An additional 32 reservations have been made for the
community’s 70 rowhomes, 38 cluster single-family homes and 63 mews townhomes,
which will be delivered in two phases.
“The sales for Westgate at The Glen have been terrific, and
reflect the strength of demand for the right type of home in the right location
