ATLANTA, GA – Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln)
has brokered Bento Box Entertainment’s new lease of 9,353 square feet at 1776 Peachtree, a 214,060-square-foot
office building in south Buckhead.
Bento Box produces animated content for
television and other media platforms.

The transaction comes as the metro Atlanta office market
continues its recovery.
The overall Atlanta office vacancy rate ended last year
at 14.2 percent, down from 15 percent at the end of first-quarter 2014,
according to CoStar.
The Buckhead submarket is among the metro area’s hottest and
finished last year with a vacancy rate of 13.1 percent.
