Lincoln Brokers Leases by AchieveIt and Tropical Smoothie in Metro Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA (March 23, 2015) – Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has brokered leases by AcheiveIt and Tropical Smoothie in metro Atlanta. 

The details of the deals are as follows:

• AchieveIt, which develops software that enables company leaders to track organizational performance, has signed a new lease for 10,924 square feet at Eleven Seventeen Perimeter, a Class-A, five-story office building located in the Central Perimeter submarket near the Sandy Springs MARTA station, Georgia 400 and Interstate 285.

Michael Howell, Hunter Henritze and Matt Davis of Lincoln represented the landlord, Colony Realty Partners, and Kevin Carroll of CBRE represented the tenant.

AchieveIt is relocating from Buckhead.

• Tropical Smoothie expanded its lease at Eleven Seventeen Perimeter by 2,095 square feet; the firm now occupies a total of 9,763 square feet at the building.

Howell, Henritze and Davis represented the landlord, and Carroll of CBRE represented the tenant.

The transactions come as the metro Atlanta office market continues its recovery. 

The overall Atlanta office vacancy rate ended last year at 14.2 percent, down from 15 percent at the end of first-quarter 2014, according to CoStar.

The Central Perimeter and Buckhead submarkets, in which the buildings above are located, are among the areas hottest areas, and finished last year with vacancy rates of 13.3 percent and 13.1 percent, respectively.
