ORLANDO, FL – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the $750,000
sale of a 12,304 square foot multi-tenant, medical office building located at 1502 Village Oak Lane off Orange
Blossom Trail in Kissimmee.

Viele negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Nashville-based
Osceola Regional Hospital, Inc.
The buyer is Village Medical Plaza, LLC, an Orlando-based
investor who purchased the building that was built in 1990 and 20 percent
occupied at the time of sale.
