Joseph Byrnes and Jonathan Thiel represented landlord POAL WK Taft, LLC in leasing
3,349 square-feet of office space, located within the Taft Office Complex, to A
Family Member Home Care. Located at 6565 Taft St. in Hollywood.
Fort Lauderdale
Byrnes and Thiel also represented SmartWater CSI, LLC in leasing 2,192 square-feet of
office space at Pinnacle Corporate Park, located at 500 W. Cypress Creek Road
in Fort Lauderdale, from landlord Castlepoint Florida Insurance Company.
