CHICAGO, IL —
Chicago-based REVA Development Partners has created a VIP list to provide
precedence to the large number of people who’ve expressed interest in residing
at Northgate Crossing, a new
288-unit luxury rental communityat 250 Northgate Parkway in north-suburban
Wheeling, Illinois.
To join the VIP list,
prospective renters can visit http://www.northgatewheeling.com/.
Pre-leasing will begin in October with first
move-ins scheduled for mid-December.
“We are very excited to be
part of the Wheeling community and, in particular, its downtown area,” said

“In recent years, Wheeling
