ATLANTA, GA – Holliday
Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced it has closed the sale of Windward Plaza, a 152,648-square-foot
retail center with multiple national anchors in the Atlanta suburb of
Alpharetta, Georgia.
HFF marketed the property
on behalf of the seller, Columbus Pacific Properties. Stockbridge Capital Group, LLC purchased the
asset free and clear of existing debt.
Situated on 14.5 acres at
5530 Windward Parkway, Windward Plaza is less than 30 miles from downtown
Atlanta in Alpharetta, one of Georgia’s most affluent suburbs and a popular
office submarket.
The center is
positioned at the northwest corner of GA 400 and Windward Parkway, a heavily
trafficked interchange with more than 160,000 vehicles per day. The property is anchored by LA Fitness,
hhgregg and Office Depot.
