recently negotiated the sale of Courtyards at Garden Glen, a 277-unit apartment
community located in Montgomery.

Senior Director, in Berkadia’s Alabama office represented the buyer, Fox
Crossings LLC, and Rock Advisors represented the seller, CMS Gaslight, L.P.
Built in 1972 and
renovated in the early 2000s, Courtyards at Garden Glen is a two-story,
garden-style apartment community situated on 13.6 acres of land with a density
of 20.37 units per acre and an average unit size of 1,053 square feet.
