Classic Design Expands with Purchase of Neighboring Building in Troy, MI

Troy, MI  – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Classic Design has purchased a 30,000 square foot industrial facility located at 2222 Stephenson Highway in Troy, Michigan.

Currently operating out of an 80,000 square foot facility in Troy, the new building will address their rapid growth and expansion. 

Classic Design specializes in the design, build, and integration of manufacturing systems for the automotive, defense, aerospace and heavy equipment industries.

Jason Capitani represented them in the transaction. Garry Rogers represented the seller.
