Birmingham, AL – Berkadia
recently closed the sale of The Retreat at Dublin Creek, a 112-unit apartment
community located in Montgomery.
Hallmark Dublin Creek, LLC, purchased the apartment community for
$9,800,000 or $87,500 per unit.

Associate and David Oaklely, Managing Director of Berkadia Real Estate Advisors,
LLC in Birmingham, negotiated the transaction representing the seller, Retreat
at Dublin Wildwood, LLC.
Built in 2006, The Retreat
at Dublin Creek, an Institutional Quality Class “A” asset, is a two-story,
garden-style apartment community situated on 14.41 acres with an average unit
size of 1,204 square feet.
