CHARLOTTE, NC — Multi
Housing Advisors (MHA) has arranged the sale of The Meadows, a 392-unit apartment community located in Asheville,
North Carolina.
Marc Robinson, Jordan McCarley and Watson Bryant of MHA’s Charlotte office represented the seller,
Bell Partners Inc., in the transaction. The property was purchased by Graycliff
Capital Partners, LLC, located in Greenville, South Carolina.
“This transaction
represents a tremendous opportunity for new ownership to breathe fresh life
into an established, well-maintained asset located in what is quietly one of
the stronger markets in the Carolinas,” McCarley said.
The Meadows, built in two
phases, is located on New Leicester Highway, which provides excellent access to
Downtown Asheville as well as major transportation arteries. It is uniquely

direct competition.
